This is a handspun cake of Blue Merino and Black Shetland wool 2 ply Rag Wool . I have one cake left of this yarn I spun from Merino Top I dyed a royal blue and yarn I spun from Lachlan. Rag Wool is made from Spinning left over colored wool with a natural colored wool. I like using the leftovers to make these 2 colored plys. These smaller cakes make a nice contrasting band of color in a solid hat.

This is handspun 2 ply bulky weight .

Minimally processed, by a local mill and spun at home. We do not coat our sheep so, this yarn may have a ‘bit’ of vegetable matter, guaranteeing to you our commitment to the most natural yarn we can produce with the lowest carbon footprint.
